Ken is originally from Ireland and has lived in the UK since 2008. In his previous employment, he has worked as a secondary teacher, school chaplain, university chaplain and a CBT therapist with Merseycare. He has been the lay Roman Catholic chaplain at HMP Liverpool since 2024. He co-founded New Vision Community Chaplaincy with Brian Greenhalgh. As a chaplain, Ken has gained profound insight into the challenges facing prison leavers and is deeply passionate about ensuring they receive the support and mentorship they need to rebuild their lives with hope and purpose.”
